Established in 2010, FUNKTION FASHION intially started as a funky fashion
boutique in Mosman and Neutral Bay and gradually evolved into a fashion and
retail label attracted and loved by local and non-local customers who are keen
for edgy and unique styles.
Founder Pan has a sound background in fashion from her early years study in fashion design and working
in fashion industry. Through running the fashion boutique, she gained better understanding of customers needs and
started to tailor her own fashion under the label "FUNKTION fashion". In our Funktion Fashion boutique, we are not bound
to any particular labels but are constantly refining the best of what is available. Every piece in the boutique is hand-
picked by owner Pan and reasonably priced and beautifully displayed. We aim to provide our customers with a warm,
friendly and welcoming feeling when they visit the store.
In 2011, as a fashion label, Funktion Fashion started the wholesale business to bring its unique design spirit close to
every woman who wants cool design with a chic and fun twist. We are happy to see the brand is wore by fashion lovers
in NSW, QLD, VIC and TAS and committed to bringing more surprising and satisfying good quality designs to make
every woman's life beautiful.

Free Returns
We offer free return shipping for exchanged items. Youll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. If you wish to return an item you must complete the form on the back of your order invoice.
The items must:
* be returned within 14 days of purchase.
* be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
* not smell of ladies perfume/deoderant so please take due care when trying on your order.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Funktion Fashion staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
Store Credit
Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer.
Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.
We will add the $10 shipping cost to your Store Credit so your next order will be sent free of charge.
Please note free return delivery is not available for our sale items, or for multiple returns (exchanges after the first return).
Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. Store Credits can only be used online and not instore.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Delivery time
Orders placed before 1pm each business day are packed and sent the same day. We use Australia Post Express which is usually next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
Delivery cost
All Australian orders are sent via registered post for FREE.
International delivery
Funktion Fashion offers a flat delivery rate of $25 for standard international shipping, or $50 for express international shipping. International orders are sent with Registered Australia Post.
Estimated international delivery time is 1-3 weeks for standard international, or 2-8 days for express international shipping.
At the moment, we accept all the online orders via Paypal as it use the strictest internet security available, please visit

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and include GST for Australian orders.
Meanwhile, for Australian customers we do accept phone order by quoting us your credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
details so we will proccess your order through our merchant facility at our shop.
If you wish to pay over the phone, please give us an email with your contact details and we will get back to you to confirm your order details and advise of shipping charges.
